Rick Irons
President & Founder
Rick Irons, President & Founder of Resicom, is the driving force behind Resicom: an Ontario company specializing in real estate investment and property management.
With 30 successful years in the transportation business, Rick began his venture into real estate. He began by purchasing six industrial trucking terminals throughout Northern Ontario that helped to facilitate the day-to-day operations of Muskoka Delivery Service. Finally, in addition to the courier terminals, Rick saw an opportunity to diversify. That’s when he began adding other commercial and residential properties to Resicom’s growing portfolio.
Since Rick was successful in selling Muskoka Delivery Service in 2016, he has been able to focus on his second career. He has enjoyed developing Resicom as a reputable real estate investment and property management company with 19 residential, commercial, office and industrial buildings. In addition to expanding Resicom’s holdings, Rick ensures that each and every property is managed with care to preserve its future value.

Through diligent and professional conduct, Resicom aims to fosters a harmonious community environment. The Resicom team is comprised of a strong network of leadership. Our superintendents, building managers and property managers are situated throughout the province in close proximity to our buildings. As a result, we are able to deliver the best possible service, safety, and value for our tenants.
Our Director of Administration, Patty Craymer, expertly oversees Resicom’s daily affairs and the efficient management our growing organization. Patty is available to answer any questions you may have about renting one of our residential or commercial properties.
Wil Irons
Partner & Vice President, Investments
Wil joined the commercial real estate industry in 2015 after graduating from the University of Toronto. Wil has spent the majority of his career in office leasing, starting out at Cushman & Wakefield in their downtown office, followed by 5 1/2 years with Brookfield overseeing the leasing for their 9 million square foot portfolio of office towers in Toronto’s financial district. Most recently Wil transitioned within Brookfield from Director, Office Leasing to an Asset Manager, Eastern Region overseeing the strategic asset management for a 4 1/2 million square foot portfolio of office and retail properties valued at $2.3B.
Since leaving Brookfield in November 2021, Wil has begun building a commercial real estate brokerage business under the Royal LePage Commercial banner while also holding the role of Partner & Vice President, Investments with Resicom Properties to assist with acquisitions and dispositions for the commercial portfolio across Ontario.
